We are encountering a technical problem with a telemarketing team and our box office staff. We have a list in List Manager of a number of constituents to telemarket to. When they open a ticketing order the List Window disappears and cannot be viewed in Window. Is there a way to toggle to and from both screens? This is becoming very time consuming as they have to go to List Manager, select the list, click contents and then find their next constuient to call after each ticketing transaction.
Can anyone help?
Thanks,

Hi Daiva
I don't know whether there is a way to toggle, however I wanted to check you were aware that you can run these lists into an Excel file - perhaps a way around it is to do this and split the file up between the staff? If you want to be eco friendly you could just have a file on everyones desktops?
Hope that's of some help
Siobhan
If you look under the window menu , you will see both windows. You can toggle that way.
I’m not sure which version you are on, however I tested this in v9.0.0.0. If you first open the ticket order and then open the List Manager from the Tools menu you should be able to have both windows open. You can toggle between them via the Window menu (or Alt+W, then Alt+[window number]).
See if that works for you.

Siobhan,
Thanks for your quick reply. We have divided the list between five telemarketers and the lists are in List Manager. We are hoping to cut down on paper and also put everything right into the constituent with regards to telemarketing responses etc. Desktop File would be helpful and at least the constituent numbers are right there.

Your right it does the same thing for me. But I did notice that if you have the ticket order screen open first , then open then list widow, both will stay open.
Yes, this does work when I have the ticketing order open first. However, if I have List Manager open and then select Ticketing Order from the GoTo tab, all of the other windows close as the new blank ticketing order window opens, and I have to go back and do everything in List Manager again.

Correct. It has to be Ticket Order first, then List Manager.
I'm glad that works for you.
Try opening the ticket order first, then open the list your working. From there go back to the top of the screen and select the window tab (next to file, tools, etc) and then select vertical or horizontal to make both screens appear at the same time.
Thanks. This is the cumbersome part unfortunately.

I'm a bit confused, then. The Ticket Order doesn't have to be an actual order... it can be a <New> order window. It is just that A Ticket Order window needs to be open... it doesn't have to be THE order (if the customer has an existing order you are working on- that is).
Clicking Done on an order should still allow you to toggle to the List Manager window. If the issue is that you want both windows to be up concurrently, that is not possible.
You can also toggle between them using my personal favorite, Ctrl+tab.
....there's that, too.
EUREKA!
Thanks.
