Toggling from List Manager Contents and Ticketing Order Screen

We are encountering a technical problem with a telemarketing team and our box office staff. We have a list in List Manager of a number of constituents to telemarket to. When they open a ticketing order the List Window disappears and cannot be viewed in Window. Is there a way to toggle to and from both screens? This is becoming very time consuming as they have to go to List Manager, select the list, click contents and then find their next constuient to call after each ticketing transaction.

Can anyone help?

Thanks,

If you look under the window menu , you will see both windows.  You can toggle that way.
