Here at LSC, staff have just been notified, and we have notified customers, that we are shut down for the rest of March.

I've seen articles in the press that the MET Museum and MET Opera are shutdowns. This is likely related to New Yorks shutting down of gatherings of more than 500. https://gothamist.com/arts-entertainment/cuomo-shuts-down-broadway-limits-public-gatherings-under-500-people
Here's the SProc the RDL and a Test example

Seattle Children's Theatre announced Friday we will cancel all performances and classes through the end of May. We are closing our offices as well, but going in Monday to learn more specifics. I assume they will keep on a couple staff to handle all of the customer service. We were supposed to have early bird subscriptions go on sale 3/9 but wisely postponed...I assume there will be some rearrangement of shows next season, as one of our upcoming productions will be postponed to next season. We also had a couple touring shows scheduled and with the uncertainty of the ability for those to travel it might be wise to rethink those shows. This is so unlike anything we've ever experienced. Hang in there everyone!
We love these surveys and we have used them many times in the past. They work great.
Austin Theatre Alliance performances postponed until at least May 1st.
Stanford Live has cancelled all events through May 15. In the midst of massive numbers of refunds/donations, etc after informing patrons yesterday. Partial work at home, at least currently.
All perfs here at the Guthrie cancelled 'til 4/11, for now. Building closed to the public this week.
The Minnesota Zoo is currently closed, but we're still waiting on a decision as to how long we will remain closed.
Thinkery- Austin Children's Museum, closed March 13, with a tentative re-open date. Will be hearing more this week.
Hi - despite the rather non-commital nature of The HM Government response, The Royal Opera House has now decided to close. I’m still looking at what the commercial theatre response will be, though with no clear advice from the government, it means theatres will not be able to claim on insurance if they decide to do the sensible thing and close their doors.
The Nelson-Atkins museum is closed at least through April 3.
COCA is shut down until Apr 6 and we're all working from home. This is first time we've used Skype for Business, so far so good. I've paused ticket sales for Apr and May events until we can reschedule. Our summer camps are still on sale and hoping to run as normal starting May 26. We are also finalizing construction of a new theater and should move in May 20. Never a dull moment!
If you are using Office 365 accounts. You might want to try Microsoft Team.
I wish. But we do have Microsoft RDS to connect to our network remotely. That server is working overtime so there can be delays connecting.
After initially cancelling shows through March 29th, we've since cancelled the complete remainder of our season. Now the brutal process of manually refunding some 17k orders with staff who have been mandated to shelter in place for the foreseeable future.

Hi Tessiturians, I want to update you on some things we have working right now, given comments in this thread -Our software development team is working on functionality that will help with this issue. This week we will release a new Event Cancellation Utility, which is based on the Performance Seat Release Utility. With the Event Cancellation Utility, you will be able to apply funds from returned tickets to a gift certificate, toward a contribution, or to an on account payment method.
The Event Cancellation Utility will be available as a Shared Report, and will be included in our next Service Pack along with further enhancements. When the Event Cancellation Utility is available, we will post an update in our product announcements. Licensees hosted in RAMP can then request it through a help ticket, and our team will install it for you. Licensees with local installs can access the utility once it is available.
Once this is complete, we will be turning our attention to adding Credit Card Refunds as an option.
Thanks,
