Here at LSC, staff have just been notified, and we have notified customers, that we are shut down for the rest of March.

I've seen articles in the press that the MET Museum and MET Opera are shutdowns. This is likely related to New Yorks shutting down of gatherings of more than 500. https://gothamist.com/arts-entertainment/cuomo-shuts-down-broadway-limits-public-gatherings-under-500-people
We are waiting on definitive Government responses for a variety of ops reasons. In the meantime I'm setting up a groovy WordFly survey to get patrons decisions on
as well as valuable feedback. We are a tiny team so this will help us immensely
Woohoo!! Well done Heath, I knew you would be doing something groovy :-) Any chance you could share it with us here at QB?
McCarter in Princeton. All performances cancelled thru March 31st. We are sad.
Ferguson Center for the Arts, Newport News, VA through April 13.
Cincinnati Symphony cancelled performances through 4/5 and staff is working from home until April.
We just canceled all of our March performances except one Chamber Concert to be rescheduled. The Harris County Judge is urging gatherings to stay below 250 people. Our confirmed cases are still rather low. I wish you all health and all the very best!

We've canceled performances through March at the urging of our Governor and Mayor. I did exactly what Heath did and set up a survey for our patrons to hopefully cut down on box office calls. We've been given the option to work from home, but the office is open for now.
Be great to see the front end/back end of surveys for reference. We have wordfly but have yet to implement it since we just came online last fall.
We chose to do one form per production because our shows are very spaced out. Here's a front-end example: https://michiganopera.org/dth-cancelation/ There's also a fillable PDF that's downloadable if people are more comfortable with that, and we're mailing copies to everyone as well.On the back end, these are emailed to a dedicated cancelation inbox that our box office team has access to and can be downloaded in an Excel file in bulk. Ours is made via a Ninja Form on the Wordpress half of our website. There's an automated confirmation to the patron that provides them a copy of their request as well.If I'd had more time than the two hours I did have, I would have wanted to put these straight into CSIs. It just wasn't feasible - the announcement was very sudden. We had students in the hall for a rehearsal as schools were announcing shut downs.
Boston Ballet has postponed their March performances and the school is closed through the end of the month. Staff WFH etc is still pending decsion.
We're still up and running - sticking closely to HM Government guidelines - We've restricted public access to backstage areas (Backstage Tours have all been moved to Front of House areas). We're putting plans in place to cater for Working From Home for those ROH employees who can still perform their duties, in the event we have to close. Quite a few departments have users who work from home on a regular basis anyway - we have a robust Remote Desktop facility that is easy to use.
Work is being done to provide customers with the options to Donate, Exchange, Refund or Credit - just like the Sydney Dance Company - with details on our main website.
Here at NWWIMM we have cancelled all public programming through 4/3/20. Many of our speakers decided they did not want to fly the friendly (or not so friendly atm) skies. Our rentals are experiencing cancellations and/or posttponements as well. Our museum is still open...for now.
Crystal Bridges and The Momentary are currently open, but all Programs and Tours have been cancelled through the end of April as of this morning. We're about to have a good ol' fashioned ticket return party.
Earlier this week we canceled through April 19. We then closed the galleries at the end of the day yesterday and we'll be evaluating when to reopen as things progress. Work from home starts for office staff next week.
Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra in Rochester NY. Currently, all performances through April 15th postponed, but possible that will be extended to mid-May. We don't own the hall we perform in, so we are basically at the mercy of those who do, which is the university, and they just announced moving to remote classes for the rest of the semester, so we're not sure how that will affect us.
