Here at LSC, staff have just been notified, and we have notified customers, that we are shut down for the rest of March.

I've seen articles in the press that the MET Museum and MET Opera are shutdowns. This is likely related to New Yorks shutting down of gatherings of more than 500. https://gothamist.com/arts-entertainment/cuomo-shuts-down-broadway-limits-public-gatherings-under-500-people
And as of this afternoon, we've canceled the whole season. https://michiganopera.org/michigan-opera-theatre-cancels-spring-season/Forms for each Tessitura show. Ticketmaster is still figuring itself out. I'm really proud of my team for holding things together thus far. It's a scary time.
Hi there! We are in exactly the same boat. How are you managing follow-up contact and tracking your refunds? At the moment we have an 'event master spreadsheet' to manually track it all - not ideal and easily corrupted. Any advice appreciated! Thank you
Hello everyone,
As of yesterday evening, 17 March and until further notice, all of our sites are closed to the public. This includes our five museums: the Science Museum in London; National Railway Museum in York; Science and Industry Museum in Manchester; National Science and Media Museum in Bradford; and Locomotion in Shildon, County Durham.

Hi Rahcel (and everyone!)
We have published some guidance on tracking patron refunds through CSIs. This documentation will be enhanced this week alongside the enhancements mentioned elsewhere that we are releasing, which will have functionality that helps manage these CSIs. Hopefully that gives you some guidance and transitions you off of a spreadsheet.

Hi Everyone,
The Event Cancellation Utility is now available. It is an enhanced version of the standard Performance Seat Release Utility. The utility allows you to apply funds from returned tickets to a gift certificate, toward a contribution, or to an on account payment method. The utility includes a review mode so that the results can be verified before it is run.
The Event Cancellation Utility is available as a Shared Report. It will also be included in our next Service Pack along with enhancements like processing bulk credit card refunds and new sample HTML template with refunds.
Note: This utility is temporarily being distributed as a standalone tool to meet the immediate needs of our community. It will be part of the core Tessitura application in versions 15.0.16, 15.1.9, and 16.0.0. This installation is not required if you are running those versions or higher.
For licensees hosted in RAMP, our team will install the Event Cancellation Utility for you. You can request the utility through a support ticket.
For our locally-installed licensees, you download the utility as a shared report under product announcements.
Documentation is part of the download under product announcements.
Thank you,
Chris Szalaj
