Here at LSC, staff have just been notified, and we have notified customers, that we are shut down for the rest of March.

I've seen articles in the press that the MET Museum and MET Opera are shutdowns. This is likely related to New Yorks shutting down of gatherings of more than 500. https://gothamist.com/arts-entertainment/cuomo-shuts-down-broadway-limits-public-gatherings-under-500-people
Yesterday we canceled events with over 75 in attendance (so pretty much all at the arts center) through April 30th at the university level, and we're prepping for potentially operating remotely up until then.
We cancelled last night's performance and will likely cancel indefinitely (we have a ban on large gatherings over 250). Just waiting on definitive guidance from local Government. Our office is open, but likely we will start looking at giving the option of working from home.
Stay safe everyone!
We are waiting for government recommendations. Right now we are planning to go forward with our season, but are aware that cancelling could be an option.
Our campus will be closed to the public beginning at 5pm today through the end of March. Our March performances have been cancelled, and we are still evaluating staffing options.
We also used wordfly to get patron's choices for cancellation options. Donate, Refund, Credit.
What is everyone doing regarding hourly employees?
That one might be worth it's own topic. We are still trying to figure that out ourselves, but I think we are going to wind up having essential staff members continue working remotely (including box office for communication) by setting up remote desktop use and forwarding phones to personal devices if that is okay with the employee.
We are at UW in Seattle and have closed our office. We are working from home as much as we possibly can while managing cancellations through March. We created a google form that was included in the email about the cancellations that offers patrons the options to donate, credit, exchange, refund. We are driving all traffic online or email if they need assistance. We expanded our Ticket Office Email checking hours and permanent staff signed up to take shifts to manage the account while also checking the google form responses and working on other projects. This insures they are getting their hourly pay. We don't have phone hours anymore so periodically staff that are available come into the closed office to contact patrons for credit cards in order to handle the refunds since we don't store the cc numbers.
We have just announced - our season was to begin April 11, but we are cancelling all shows until May 2nd inclusive.
La Mirada Theatre, La Mirada CA (just south of Los Angeles), we postponed all March events effective yesterday. We are hoping these are postponements so we are offering the let patrons keep the tickets and thereby guarantee the locations for the new date, credit to a gift certificate or refund. We didn't have enough inventory in our special events to allow exchanges right now.
The Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art in Hartford, CT is closed from today through Sunday, March 29. Unfortunately the vast majority of our staff does not have experience working remotely, and we have a very limited number of company laptops that are configured for remote access. We are not on RAMP either.
My page is still in draft but I'm happy to email you the link for personal viewing until it goes live.
The great thing about WordFly Pages is that is saves the response with a Customer Number against it in the database.
I've also got a simple Surveys/RSVPs SSRS report that I can share if anyone needs it. It links and exports the 4 WF tables with customer name as excel.
Hello from Berkeley Rep in California. Yesterday, we made the call to end all public performance from that point through April 5th. We'll continue to evaluate the situation beyond that date.
We saw the writing on the wall, and worked over the last 2 weeks with Equity and design unions to proactively bring a recording of our shows to broadcast through an innovative partnership with BroadwayHD. You can read more about it in major news outlets, I don't want to come across like I'm advertising here.
My box office is scaling down hours, and keeping at watchful eye on the long term solution.
Hi from Westport Playhouse in southwest Connecticut. Our mainstage production season runs April–November, and rehearsals for our first show start in NYC next week. We did cancel or postpone all other events scheduled through the end of March. Most of our staff is working from home as of today (Friday).
NASCAR Hall of Fame closed to the public until 3/31 and then we will reevaluate.
Heath Wilder, If you have a chance. It would be helpful to share the Pages Survey SSRS Reoport.
