Packages Online

Good Morning!

This seems like a silly question but we are just now using the packages function.  How do we find the packages online to view, test and sell?  Is there a link or is there something in the system tables we need to turn on?

Thank you for your time!

Beth

  • Hi Beth,

TNEW has three tiers of service, and Tier 3 includes packages. Depending on which tier your site is on, we may need to upgrade your site to offer package functionality. Please open a TASK ticket in the Web Products workspace and someone will be able to assist you.

    Karyn

  • If you’re on TNEW go to the LTR_TN_EXPRESS_WEB_DEFAULT system table scroll all the way over and enter into the Web Module field the letter s.

Thanks Karyn!  We did use packages last year for one of our clients so I would assume we are a Tier 3.

Shelley – Thank you so much!  I did that and how do I find the packages online to test, is there a link?

  • When you go to your test website the landing page is that calendar page with tabs for Single Tickets or Subscription Tickets.  You should see it assuming all of the other web pkg elements have been programmed.  You need to make sure the web subscription MOS is assigned to the packages as well as the keyword TNEW Package. Don’t have publish web dates assigned in the performance set up.

It took me awhile to get everything just right last year, being our first year to use online pkg.  I really liked the TNEW User Guide documentation to see how to enter the info.  http://www.tessituranetwork.com/tn_express_web_user_guide/TNEW_Left.htm

This year I get to learn about online pkg renewals, wish me luck!

  • I’m glad you asked that question since I’m about to build my new season and haven’t dealt with that before.  I just went into my Test system and deleted the Web Subscription MOS at the package level and that seemed to take care of it.  Give that a try!

I’m glad you asked that question since I’m about to build my new season and haven’t dealt with that before.  I just went into my Test system and deleted the Web Subscription MOS at the package level and that seemed to take care of it.  Give that a try!

    Hi Beth,

TNEW has three tiers of service, and Tier 3 includes packages. Depending on which tier your site is on, we may need to upgrade your site to offer package functionality. Please open a TASK ticket in the Web Products workspace and someone will be able to assist you.

    Good Morning!

This seems like a silly question but we are just now using the packages function.  How do we find the packages online to view, test and sell?  Is there a link or is there something in the system tables we need to turn on?

    Thank you for your time!

  • If you want them gone entirely online, could you just remove the keyword from the packages? Alternatively, you could use the Subscription Season page if you want or need to offer packages for more than one season at the same time:

    Hi Brian –

We don’t have any keywords attached to our package.  I am currently reviewing the subscription season page and cannot find a way to remove the past 2 seasons off of the page.  I went in to LTR_TNEW_SEASON_CONTENT  and we did not have any seasons in there.  I put our season but am still showing all seasons.

Thank you so much for your time,

  • No, sorry, removing the web sub mos worked for me.  I only have my current season in the LTR_TNEW_SEASON_CONTENT tab as well.

I’d open a help ticket with TNEW if that doesn’t solve things.
