Packages Online

Did it need time to refresh?  Is it gone now?  Do you have the TNEW Admin webpage to force a refresh?

Hmm…I tried to do that and the past season packages are still there.  Any other thoughts?

I’m glad you asked that question since I’m about to build my new season and haven’t dealt with that before.  I just went into my Test system and deleted the Web Subscription MOS at the package level and that seemed to take care of it.  Give that a try!

Do you know how to hide or remove packages from prior seasons?  We only want this season to show up!

Thanks Karyn!  We did use packages last year for one of our clients so I would assume we are a Tier 3.

Hi Beth,

TNEW has three tiers of service, and Tier 3 includes packages. Depending on which tier your site is on, we may need to upgrade your site to offer package functionality. Please open a TASK ticket in the Web Products workspace and someone will be able to assist you.

This seems like a silly question but we are just now using the packages function.  How do we find the packages online to view, test and sell?  Is there a link or is there something in the system tables we need to turn on?
