Order Special Requests Reporting

Does anyone have a custom report that pulls information from the “Special Requests” entered for the line item within a ticket order and would you be willing to share that with us?  I would like a report that pulls Const ID, Order number in addition to the details from the line item: Event, Section, Row, Seats and the category and notes from the Special Request.  This would not be for packages but for single ticket orders.

  • I have almost that. It's everything about the SR except the actual seat location, does include zone though. I also have a "Special Request Recipient" custom screen if you're interested. Either might be a decent jumping point, if not exactly what you need.

    I have a stored procedure that searches all tables in a database for a text string.

    Syntax is similar to LP_SEARCH_ALL_TABLES ‘search_string’

    It has helped me many times find where data is stored in Tessitura.

     

    It would require a little tweaking for your environment.

    I wrote the report (and post) mentioned above in my previous position at La Jolla Playhouse. You could try asking someone there.

    Not sure if Pim mentioned it to you, but I said we would look at getting that information in a report. He has briefed me on what he would like.
    So, we should be able to extract it internally.
