Order Special Requests Reporting

Does anyone have a custom report that pulls information from the “Special Requests” entered for the line item within a ticket order and would you be willing to share that with us?  I would like a report that pulls Const ID, Order number in addition to the details from the line item: Event, Section, Row, Seats and the category and notes from the Special Request.  This would not be for packages but for single ticket orders.

    Hello all,

    New adapters here hoping this long-dormant thread still has a few people that can help out.  We looking to do the same sort of functionality described in the original post.  Is anybody willing to share the custom report that was distributed in this thread?
