Does anyone have a custom report that pulls information from the “Special Requests” entered for the line item within a ticket order and would you be willing to share that with us? I would like a report that pulls Const ID, Order number in addition to the details from the line item: Event, Section, Row, Seats and the category and notes from the Special Request. This would not be for packages but for single ticket orders.

I have almost that. It's everything about the SR except the actual seat location, does include zone though. I also have a "Special Request Recipient" custom screen if you're interested. Either might be a decent jumping point, if not exactly what you need.
