We are having issues with our Phone room selling but not printing/mailing Gift Certificates.
Our Phone Room doesn't print anything, but since Gift Certificates are not events (they are special receipts for Payment Methods) Gift Certs do not print in our daily batch print. When the BXO or Groups or Subscriber Services personell sells these GC, they print them automatically as a receipt.
We need a way to print the GC's(GC Method of Payment) from the Phone room(Single Phone MOS), as a daily print but are having trouble figuring out how to do this. Any idea?
We have a Gift Certificate report that spits out all gift certificates sold along with customer number between X and Y date. I don’t think it’s a built-in report, though… if you think it could be useful I can try and get it for you – it wouldn’t help with the batch printing question but at least would help you identify what’s been sold?

Does this report display MOS and MOP? We have a similar report that shows customer number for a date range, but it that’s not enough information for us to isolate the orders that were done via certain MOS or sales channel.

In version 10 there is a Gift Certificate Listing report that you can use a list to filter. So you could have a dynamic list that looks for a certain MOS and filter the report through that perhaps?
(This is like the version 9.0 of Gift Certificate Batch Printing on review, but has less of the danger of printing out all the gift certificates!)
