We are having issues with our Phone room selling but not printing/mailing Gift Certificates.
Our Phone Room doesn't print anything, but since Gift Certificates are not events (they are special receipts for Payment Methods) Gift Certs do not print in our daily batch print. When the BXO or Groups or Subscriber Services personell sells these GC, they print them automatically as a receipt.
We need a way to print the GC's(GC Method of Payment) from the Phone room(Single Phone MOS), as a daily print but are having trouble figuring out how to do this. Any idea?
Nope – just the customer number & gift cert number.

In version 10 there is a Gift Certificate Listing report that you can use a list to filter. So you could have a dynamic list that looks for a certain MOS and filter the report through that perhaps?
(This is like the version 9.0 of Gift Certificate Batch Printing on review, but has less of the danger of printing out all the gift certificates!)
