Does anyone know if there is a way to manually mark a seat as "Attended?" On occasion we have patrons who have lost their tickets and instead of reprinting them, our venue box office will issue a handwritten admission pass. We'd like to be able to have an accurate count in Tessitura of who attended the show, but I can't seem to find a way of marking a seat as "attended" without scanning the barcode.
Thanks for your help!

Hi Patrick
There is an option of recording attendance in the Season Manager Module. You Click Go To then Season Manager, in the Season Manager Menu there is option called Record Attendance. You can then enter the Ticket No to record attendance.
Hope that helps
Nick

Patrick,
Try this,
Goto the seat map and right click on the seat and select "Seat History". Where the event is "printed" it should have the ticket number (tkt no).

Thanks, Nick. Where do I find the Ticket number without having the physical ticket in front of me? The admission passes written by the venue include the seat location, but no other information.
Other places to find the ticket number include:
1) In the Constituent record - Under the Orders tab, click on the Order in question. In the new window that opens click on the History tab and scroll to the right to find the ticket number
2) In Ticket Orders - Go to the order in question, click on the Order History tab and again scroll to the right to find the ticket number.
