Some of my clients (but not all) have the Print at Home Reprint button greyed out and unavailable even though they are PAHS orders and the MOS is in the TR_PAHS_CONFIGURATION table. Does anyone know why this would be? Is this a workstation configuration issue? Stumped.
Matt,
Do you have the MOS associated with the PAH Delivery Method in the TX_MOS_SHIP_METHOD table?

The other thing that got me was the HABO Days in the tx_mos_ship_method table. I didn’t have anything entered so the HABO days default to the payment method default setting. Once changing it to 0 in the table, PAH is always available, no matter the date of the performance or the HABO setting in the Payment Method tab. Just another thought I had.

Is the Allow Reprints box checked for the appropriate entry in TR_PAHT_CONFIGURATION?
Do the orders in question have your PAH delivery method selected?
And have the orders already been printed? If they are unprinted orders the PAH Reprint box won’t be active.

I think there are a couple of things to look for:
1. Are you seeing the disabled button when they pull up the order through a ticketing batch? If so, try it 'outside' of the order entry screen - i.e. - through the orders tab in the constituent record. PAH doesn't play nicely if the order is opened in a batch.
2. In TR_PAH_CONFIGURATION - is the user a member of the Security group that is defined for the MOS row in that table (waaayyy down at near the end of row)
Belated thanks to all who replied, it turned out to be a rights issue.
