Terminal Server Printing

We are having a problem printing reports from our terminal server. It prints blank pages. The redirected printers print from other applications including Test pages, Word, and PDF’s but will not print from Tessitura. We are using the Remote Desktop Easy Print functionality of Server 2008. Any Ideas?

    We have researched and reproduced the problem, and currently the Tessitura client does not support printing via Easy Print redirection; you can, however, continue to print reports by disabling Easy Print and using the older Terminal Services methods.

    We are looking at possible resolutions to this issue, but cannot guarantee at this point that one will be found for the current generation of Tessitura.

    We have had this same issue on some of our printers with the Easy Print driver in Tessitura.  Our solution has been to set the terminal servers to use Easy Print as the fallback driver through a GPO and install actual drivers for printers that are having issues.  This way the Easy Print driver can be used for most printers and just install the actual drivers for the few that give you trouble.
