Just seeing if any other Vantiv (Gateway Only) or First Data clients out there are experiencing timeouts when processing payments. This started at around 12:43 PM (ET) for us.

Thank you, Rhea -- very helpful. I'm on with Vantiv, again, waiting for tech support. We're seeing that Vantiv is responding to these transactions and authorizing them accordingly. I'm checking with them to see whether or not those approvals will settle, even though the transaction times out before getting back to Tessitura.
We are not having problems processing right now but our Finance Manager tried to log in and could not. I let the staff know they may have an issue.

Thank you for the update. We are still experiencing timeouts, so the issue is not resolved for us. I've been on with Vantiv Tech Support twice today and they've not reported knowing of any issues. Do you have any details you can share? Also, the other impacted licensees -- were they Vantiv Gateway? First Data? Or other?
