Credit Card Processing Timeouts (Vantiv)

Hi Folks --

Just seeing if any other Vantiv (Gateway Only) or First Data clients out there are experiencing timeouts when processing payments.  This started at around 12:43 PM (ET) for us.

    Tessitura Support spoke to a few Vantiv customers that experienced processing issues this afternoon and it appears that the problem lasted a short time and has been resolved by Vantiv.

    Hi Bob --

    Thank you for the update.  We are still experiencing timeouts, so the issue is not resolved for us.  I've been on with Vantiv Tech Support twice today and they've not reported knowing of any issues.  Do you have any details you can share?  Also, the other impacted licensees -- were they Vantiv Gateway?  First Data?  Or other?
