Credit Card Processing Timeouts (Vantiv)

Hi Folks --

Just seeing if any other Vantiv (Gateway Only) or First Data clients out there are experiencing timeouts when processing payments.  This started at around 12:43 PM (ET) for us.

    Daniel, I am not certain of the answer to your question regarding the Gateway/First Data but can only say at this point that the few licensees that have contacted Support about this afternoon’s problem have reported that it was resolved.  I know that Support is investigating the ongoing problem you report directly with you to determine the root cause of your situation.
