Vantiv is now WorldPay

Hello there!!

Has anyone had trouble getting the credit cards reports since Vanitv is now WorldPay? I haven't been able to receive my Ecommerce and Retail reports in 13 days.

I have called  Vantiv everyday since Feb. 2 and the customer service is unbearable. I am on hold for an average of 30 minutes every time and I get absolutely no where with the representatives. 

Any suggestions?

    Hi Lisa,

    We are using Vantiv as a payment gateway only, and we use their  Virtual Terminal for reporting.  That website has been functional.  We get a monthly Number of Transactions and Charges report, which is normally sent mid-month.  Not sure, if that will be disrupted because of the recent change.  We will know soon.  It seems like you are using Vantiv as a processor also, and you are talking about the reports related to their function as a processor.

    Yes we use Vantiv as our processor but I can’t get anyone to send my an invite so we can receive our E-commerce and Retail reports. I can login into iqaccess and only receive the Moto reports. The customer service at Vantiv is unbearable and I don’t know what to do. I have called 15 times in the last two weeks and no one will help me.

  • I feel your pain! I haven’t had any luck with their customer service either. The woman actually told me she had not been trained on the new system so she couldn’t help me! We’re signed up for the webinar at the end of the month so hopefully we’ll learn something then.
