    Hope this helps.  

    1. I used Ticket Count for my Value
    2. it'll default to SUM which is ok but won't be what you want
      1. NB  SUM([Ticket Count]) and [Total Ticket Count] are the same thing and it'll give you either of these depending on what you are doing.
    3. Pencil the Value
    4. this is where it might get tricky.   
      1. Place your cursor BEFORE The formula.
      2. you can free-type functions OR search for them.  I recommend typing RSUM and a "(" open round bracket. 
      3. Then put a ")" close round bracket at the end of the formula 
      4. Now you have RSUM ( SUM([Ticket Count])  )

    Pro Tip using Formulas:  You can add spaces and returns between brackets and formula elements to make them easier to see
