  • Hi and

    New is people who have bought a ticket for the first time this year (we run performance seasons Jan-Dec)

    Renew is people who have bought a ticket in the last TWO years (we're pretty small and because of business rules went with this)

    Re-engaging peeps are those who bought a ticket greater than 2 years ago but not in the last 2 years (and also don't appear in the above 2 lists).

    I regenerate these lists (dynamic) by scheduling the Maintain Constituency Utility as delete and update every night so deduped "New" records end up with their correct history.

    List criteria is  ....

    New:

    • HAS Ticket History Prod Season (anything with 2019)
    • DOES NOT HAVE Ticket History Season - anything < 2019

    Renew:

    • HAS Ticket History Prod Season (anything with 2019)
    • ALSO HAS Ticket History Prod Season 2019

    Reengage: 

    • HAS Ticket History Prod Season (anything with 2019) 
    • ALSO HAS Ticket History Season < 2017 
    • DOES NOT HAVE Ticket History Prod Season 2017-18
    • ALSO isn't in Renew list (which I check for overlaps from time to time)
