Hi Staci Stickovich and Terry StevensNew is people who have bought a ticket for the first time this year (we run performance seasons Jan-Dec)
Renew is people who have bought a ticket in the last TWO years (we're pretty small and because of business rules went with this)
Re-engaging peeps are those who bought a ticket greater than 2 years ago but not in the last 2 years (and also don't appear in the above 2 lists).
I regenerate these lists (dynamic) by scheduling the Maintain Constituency Utility as delete and update every night so deduped "New" records end up with their correct history.List criteria is ....
New:
Renew:
Reengage:

Hi Heath, I have been closely following the steps from your Tamato presenation. I've got as far as the lists and attached New, Renew and Reengaged consituencies to them. I am stuck on "TX_ANALYTICS_DIVISION_ELEMENT' This might be really silly, but how do I get this into the Systems table?
Hey Danielle, That's not silly at all. Whose your Tessitura Admin? They can give you access to system tables via the Security App (give me a yell if you need help with that as that's a small world unto itself).
Once they've done that you should be able to find that from the GoTo menu in System Tables

Hi Heath, thanks so much.I have progressed to getting that into the systems table. I am have to wait til tomororw to have the constituencie lsits in analytics but i was playing around with the ticket order and order days since on sale line graphs. I see in one of your screenshots from your presentation you have the Ticket Count RSum. I am not sure maybe it's just because I dont have the data yet, but I can't seem to get it working. Would you mind sharing how you set up these widgets? (I have add my filters etc but just can't get mine to be cumulative). Thank you so much for all your help

Pro Tip using Formulas: You can add spaces and returns between brackets and formula elements to make them easier to see
