Hi Staci Stickovich and Terry StevensNew is people who have bought a ticket for the first time this year (we run performance seasons Jan-Dec)
Renew is people who have bought a ticket in the last TWO years (we're pretty small and because of business rules went with this)
Re-engaging peeps are those who bought a ticket greater than 2 years ago but not in the last 2 years (and also don't appear in the above 2 lists).
I regenerate these lists (dynamic) by scheduling the Maintain Constituency Utility as delete and update every night so deduped "New" records end up with their correct history.List criteria is ....
