Yes. It never seemed to include soft credits, which may be intended behavior, but we wanted that, so set up a custom plan data field for "cont total including SCs".
I'm actually not referring to soft credits. I'm noticing Plans, which match a booked Campaign and Designation gift, but which aren't updating the Cont Total in the Plan. The only way I've been able to "fix" it, is by changing the Contribution designation, and then changing it back. So it seems like this may be a bug.
Chris, is your custom plan field being populated automatically on the back end or is it user updated?
Hi everyone - One of our Development users noticed that the plan cont total was not being updated after contributions processed through an order were initially saved - for us this also included all web contributions. This was logged as a defect when we spoke to TASK so I know that hiccup is being fixed for v.12.5.

It is updated via a scheduled SQL Agent job.
That is smart. Maybe I'll try to do something similar. (Although the thoughts "I could write a procedure for that" and "it shouldn't be too hard" in quick succession have gotten me in trouble before...) Thanks for sharing this idea!
Chandra, yes. I just noticed a plan like that this afternoon here at New York City Center.
In our case, I believe the plan was created after the contribution was entered. I went back to the contribution and added the plan to the contribution. The contribution amount was then part of the Plan's cont total.
