Has anyone else had an issue where the Cont Total in a Plan is not updating, even when the Campaign and Designation match?
Chandra, yes. I just noticed a plan like that this afternoon here at New York City Center.
In our case, I believe the plan was created after the contribution was entered. I went back to the contribution and added the plan to the contribution. The contribution amount was then part of the Plan's cont total.
