Abandon Cart emails - P2

HI all! 

I was wondering if anyone is going abandon cart emails through P2?

Curious how you are doing them?

  • This is how we have it set up: 

    • Part 1 Abandoned Cart automation (once active) will continuously be listening for any contact that visits your tickets/kcstarlight.com/cart URL, and who is not currently within the automation itself. If that criteria is met, it will wait 3 hours before sending them an email (if at any point within those 3 hours, the contact visits the above 'reciept' URL they will be removed from this automation and not be sent the abandoned cart email).
    • Part 2 Abandoned Cart automation (once active) will continuously be listening for any contact that visits your tickets.kcstarlight.com/cart/reciept URL. Once someone does visit that URL, this automation will remove them from wherever they are in the Part 1 Abandoned Cart automation.
