Hi everyone,
I can't do what I need to be doing at the moment, so I thought I'd open a thread on disaster recovery/coping scenarios should anyone need it! Our procedures seem to be holding up so far today, and we have ONE user who has managed to stay logged in since this morning and was able to batch print tonight's tickets. How are you all doing?
Hi from D.C. None of us have been able to get on. :(
Also from DC here and also not able to connect. We just launched with the program last week and were just getting going with things - so frustrating!
A question for more seasoned users - does this happen often? How long does it normally take to resolve?
We're non-operational in Columbus OH...the web version is running fine, however that version inherently has limited functionality so we're anxiously awaiting the fix.
Nooo! I've head that some TNEW sites are ok, though, so you might be able to see what's sold for your show tonight (assuming you have one) even if you don't know *who* has it

Locally hosted here, but still interesting that we've received no alerts from "notification@tessituranetwork.com" of any outage today so far.
I usually see notifications where some are affected in a region, but not all. Full on major outages like this are somewhat rare
I didn't get one until more than an hour after I noticed things were off... but I also think I had to resubscribe myself to the updates from the status page? (I don't know, it's been a day today!)
We are non-operational in Kalamazoo too. Thanks Sue for reminding me that OTG is an option. I’ve been with the consortium here since last August and this is the first time I’ve been affected this severely (no one can get on) and for this long (more than an hour). FWIW – It seems like the Eastern US has more outages than the central where I’ve been at previously.
Thanks Kathleen and Carol - it's reassuring to hear that this seems to be an outlier and that usually issues are smaller and resolved more quickly.
I got one around noon and then again at 2pm eastern. We're self hosted.UPDATE - I just got another one.
