Hi All You Super TNEW 7 users!
We are getting feedback from our patrons, about once or twice a day, that the pop up screen to enter credit card information is cut off, making payment impossible.
We know about the unreliable results if people are using IE or Edge, but we're also getting reports that Chrome cuts off the top of the credit card info entry screen as well.
Has anyone encountered this, and has anyone found a solution(s)?

I haven't had anything like that reported to me. When you say "pop up", do you mean you use a Hosted Payment solution, and if so, what company do you use?
Sorry, Gawain, our DB Admin told me it's an iframe, not a pop up. Not sure whether to be encouraged or concerned that you haven't encountered it, but any ideas are gratefully received.

Hi Karen Turner were you able to get his resolved? It sounds like you are using the native TNEW payment window in v7 - not a 3rd party hosted payment form from Windcave or Worldpay -

Thanks for checking. Yes, we are using the TNEW payment window; and, unfortunately, it's still happening. We did open a ticket with Support, but no solutions yet.
OK thanks - If you have a support ticket open, that's the best next step. If you are able to reproduce the issue, you might try removing your template and seeing if that resolves the issue (support may have already suggested this.). You are in good hands with them, please do let us know what you find when the issue is resolved.
We started getting calls about almost this exact problem last week. In opening our support ticket, we were pointed almost immediately to the template, and whitelabeling the site did remove the issue.
