Seat Map Grayed Out as a Websales User?

Hi!  I am having difficulty with getting one of our concerts to show the PT.  We are using a promo code and a specific MOS for this and I have gone through my check list a million times.  I can see the event on the calendar, select purchase but then on the purchasing page it says "tickets are currently unavailable".

I then went in to Tess as a Websales user and when I went to select the concert, it let me pick the event but the Seat Map was grayed out.

Anyone have any thoughts on troubleshooting this?

    Does the Web MOS have the Seat option selected in that performance?

    Hi Beth,

     

    I think I've seen that happen here before and remember the solution was to do with facility manager -> hold/alloc maps tab for the facility of that concert where the allocations for the event didn't have the new mode of sale (promo in your case) listed as a mode of sale for unassigned seats.

    Just a thought, it sounds like it could be that?

    If the other options listed aren't working, double check in the TX MOS PRICETYPE system table.  Make sure that the price types you are trying to use have a line referencing that new MOS.

    I would also make sure the Price Type is available to your Web user group in Security and that the MOS is attached to some Allocation even if it is just the Unassigned Allocation.

    Thank you Everyone!  It was the MOS was not attached to the unassigned allocations map.
