Hi! I am having difficulty with getting one of our concerts to show the PT. We are using a promo code and a specific MOS for this and I have gone through my check list a million times. I can see the event on the calendar, select purchase but then on the purchasing page it says "tickets are currently unavailable".
I then went in to Tess as a Websales user and when I went to select the concert, it let me pick the event but the Seat Map was grayed out.
Anyone have any thoughts on troubleshooting this?

Hi Beth,
I think I've seen that happen here before and remember the solution was to do with facility manager -> hold/alloc maps tab for the facility of that concert where the allocations for the event didn't have the new mode of sale (promo in your case) listed as a mode of sale for unassigned seats.
Just a thought, it sounds like it could be that?
