We had a promotion of small subscriptions that people purchased through a coupon website. We created a subscription for the people who called in to redeem the coupons. I sent out email confirmations but we had trouble with our email system. How do I find out who purchased the mini subscription but did not attend the performances that they were scheduled for?
You could create a Nscan list element to see if the ticket was scanned in. Create a list element pulling from LVS_Nscan_attendance for Nscan_perf_dt and Nscan_Attendance status. We also created some for Nscan_production_name, Nscan_Day_of_week, and Nscan_Perf_name. You could always write a query in a few minutes to get this, but you will probably want these list elements too. Our box managers like using them. If you need more detail shoot me an email or something.
Travis
If you can get the constituents that purchased the subscription into a list, you can run the Attendance by Performance Report (under Ticketing Box Office).
Thanks. This was Greek to me. I have no idea what the NSCAN list element is. Where do I write the query?

You would create a list element in t_keyword. You would be creating new elements call them what you will. Ours lead with NSCAN_. The detail table you would use is LVS_NSCAN_ATTENDANCE. I am assuming you do not have access to SSMS, so you can do a manual edit in list manager and write the query there. If need help with a query let me know, or speak to you DBA if your org has one.
Here is information on the system table.

Here is an example of what the entry in the table for attendance would look like.
Adria – This would be really simple to do in T-Stats if you have it using the Seats cube.

The Attendance by Performance report is built to help with just this sort of thing. You can set it to just show you people who didn’t attend and to list the constituent detail. And as was previously suggested, if you run the report using a list of these subs, the only no shows that will be listed are the subs who didn’t attend. Once you have the report results, you can save it to a list if you need to.
