We had a promotion of small subscriptions that people purchased through a coupon website. We created a subscription for the people who called in to redeem the coupons. I sent out email confirmations but we had trouble with our email system. How do I find out who purchased the mini subscription but did not attend the performances that they were scheduled for?
You could create a Nscan list element to see if the ticket was scanned in. Create a list element pulling from LVS_Nscan_attendance for Nscan_perf_dt and Nscan_Attendance status. We also created some for Nscan_production_name, Nscan_Day_of_week, and Nscan_Perf_name. You could always write a query in a few minutes to get this, but you will probably want these list elements too. Our box managers like using them.
