I am in the process of building a new show for our gala performance at the Ballet. I am not quite ready for it to be live on the web yet, but I will need it to be available for purchase very soon. I've tested it, putting in what I believe is all the correct info, making the on sale dates for the Web MOS today, and I do not see it online on our site anywhere. Is there something else I am missing?

Hi Lauren, there should be a small handful of users at your org with access to the security application, perhaps the box office manager, finance manager, IT manager, etc.
Another place to check is that your website has a current source code in T_DEFAULTS. Our sources expire each season and we have to update that field with the new source or the website does not work.
