Getting Shows live on the web

I am in the process of building a new show for our gala performance at the Ballet.  I am not quite ready for it to be live on the web  yet, but I will need it to be available for purchase very soon.  I've tested it, putting in what I believe is all the correct info, making the on sale dates for the Web MOS today, and I do not see it online on our site anywhere.  Is there something else I am missing?

    Hi Lauren,

Have you assigned the MOS and price types to the appropriate security group in the security application? And added the price types to the MOS in TX_MOS_PRICETYPE? That's the step I always forget.

Hi Lauren, there should be a small handful of users at your org with access to the security application, perhaps the box office manager, finance manager, IT manager, etc.

  • Another place to check is that your website has a current source code in T_DEFAULTS.  Our sources expire each season and we have to update that field with the new source or the website does not work.

office manager here at this time, its just me, and I am still learning.
    Thank you for your help!

  • Another thing to check is the Publish Web Dates on the General tab in the performance set up.
