I have a situation where a show is only displaying Subscription $ in Season Manager and not Single Ticket $. I've verified that my EIS jobs are running without errors, that the EIS check box is checked in the TR_SEASON table and that the correct Price Type Category is assigned to the single ticket price types in the TR_PRICE_TYPE table. What am I missing???
Thanks in advance for the help everyone!
Teresa
Are you sure that the SO radio buttons aren't something other than you expected? That gets me a lot. Full year vs To Date vs Future?
Or, you checked that the pt categories are correct on the price types, but are you certain you've sold tickets with those pts?
Amanda,
I have the Full Year radio button and we do have a lot of single ticket seats sold under the single price type and the tickets are paid for. I just noticed that every production under this season has the same problem, but other seasons don’t.
I’m thinking I need to submit a support ticket for this one!!! Thanks for the suggestions and if you think of anything else, please send them my way!!!

Does your season overview update job dynamically select any active seasons with the EIS box checked? If not, is it possible that someone previously ran the update manually for just for that one season, at a time when the only things in it were subscription, and now even though the job is running without error, it's not actually running for that season, thus not updating for the new sales?
You also might check the category on the price maps for the prices in question – are they ticket price? I know if they are not that can mess up the Season Manager stuff as well.

My nightly Full EIS job and my Incremental EIS job both run against all active seasons and this particular season is active.

Thanks Elizabeth, but yes, the category on the price maps is Ticket Price.
