We are in the first phase of implementing N-Scan with the plan to start using Print at Home ticketing shortly. How do other users deal with scanning group tickets?
Do you somehow print a whole load of bar-codes onto 1 "print at home" ticket, do your groups only scan the group organisers "print at home" ticket or do you scan all tickets in the order - ie 50 (or however many are in the group) sheets of paper?
We're not doing PAHT yet, but I suspect that we would do exactly the same as we do for groups with hard tickets at the moment, which is scan each individual ticket. Our FOH staff are briefed to ask customers to seperate their tickets so that each person is holding thier own ticket and this seems to work for us.

Hi Liz,
This issue was raised by our front of house staff when we were training on N-Scan as a possible problem.
We investigated at the time and didn't see any work around except to scan each ticket. We have since implemented and are doing this and front of house have had no problems with it.
As Caryl mentioned the key is to have the staff inform the customers to have the tickets separated and ready.
