BIG PROBLEM:
Beside a large number of our customers NOT RECEIVING MOBILE TICKETS, they also are not getting to the option to view their tickets in "Upcoming Events"; where they would have the ability to access the QR code to be scan. What are we or have we done wrong. We are running 15-1-21. First question: Why are so many of our customer not getting mobile tickets? (no they are going to spam). Second question: Why are they not being given the option to view/access the ticket QR code? HELP! HELP!

For your View Tickets under Upcoming Events question - you'll want to make sure that the option is enabled in TNEW Admin. You can either do it globally for all performances under Product Type Editor, under the Upcoming Events/Mobile Tickets section. Or you can do it on individual performances, under Product Editor. Do Ctrl+F for "mobile tickets" and you'll see all the settings, particularly the one that indicates when the mobile tickets should become available.
We don't send the mobile tickets by email ourselves (we only have the View Tickets option available) so I'm sorry I can't help there!
Wendy's DBA colleague here chiming in to add some clarification - the main issue we're seeing with mobile tickets is specifically that web orders with Mobile aren't sending. Orders we do in internal MOSs get queued and sent correctly, and we've been able to resend tickets to web orders by changing to one of our inhouse MOSs and then requeue-ing the mobile tickets. We're on TNEW, which I've been warned has many kinks re: mobile delivery.

Thank you. I think the "View Tickets" option might end up being the way we go going forward. Since the View Ticket option would also allow the patron to print them at home as well. Thanks again.
Maybe there is something funky in your Shipping Method system tables? When you go back into a web order, what is indicated in the Delivery Method?
