We have rescheduled A LOT of performances where tickets were already printed and sent to customers. Because shows are being rescheduled into 2021, some even a year out from their original date, we think it is best to re-issue tickets with the new dates...and to the original delivery method chosen
Has anyone created a report that does this so we don't have to do it manually? With over 100 events to re-ticket, it would be a daunting task to have to do it manually.

Hi Kimberly! I wanted to ask if you were planning to keep the existing performances and move them to new dates, or if you're wondering about building new performances and then exchanging the tickets. We at Tessitura strongly recommend keeping the existing performances and moving them to new dates, and have recently released functionality to make that process easier. Once you do that, you would be able to use the Batch Ticket Printing function to reissue tickets that reflect the new date. (Or, if you don't reissue them, the original tickets will still be valid for exchange and attendance purposes.)

For most events we kept the original performances and changed the dates. The few exceptions are when the event moved to a different theater.
Can you use batch ticket printing to resend tickets via PAH?
You cannot at the moment, but we will be expanding the functionality we released in June (to print paid sub line items on partially paid orders) to also include printing of paid sub line items with Print at Home and HTML Template-based delivery methods. This will be in batch printing, the print order interface, and the order SLI tab. This is planned for release in September and we'll keep community updated if the timing changes.
I didn't think it was possible, but I am certainly glad it will be soon. I will keep my eyes open for the release.

No, the ability to batch reprint PAH orders has not be added to the software yet. It's currently being considered for version 16.
