Reprinting Tickets

Hello,

We have rescheduled A LOT of performances where tickets were already printed and sent to customers.  Because shows are being rescheduled into 2021, some even a year out from their original date, we think it is best to re-issue tickets with the new dates...and to the original delivery method chosen

Has anyone created a report that does this so we don't have to do it manually?  With over 100 events to re-ticket, it would be a daunting task to have to do it manually.

Looking forward to your responses :-)

Best,

Kimberly Darlington, TPAC

  • Hi Kimberly! I wanted to ask if you were planning to keep the existing performances and move them to new dates, or if you're wondering about building new performances and then exchanging the tickets. We at Tessitura strongly recommend keeping the existing performances and moving them to new dates, and have recently released functionality to make that process easier. Once you do that, you would be able to use the Batch Ticket Printing function to reissue tickets that reflect the new date. (Or, if you don't reissue them, the original tickets will still be valid for exchange and attendance purposes.)
