Reprinting Tickets

Hello,

We have rescheduled A LOT of performances where tickets were already printed and sent to customers.  Because shows are being rescheduled into 2021, some even a year out from their original date, we think it is best to re-issue tickets with the new dates...and to the original delivery method chosen

Has anyone created a report that does this so we don't have to do it manually?  With over 100 events to re-ticket, it would be a daunting task to have to do it manually.

    No, the ability to batch reprint PAH orders has not be added to the software yet. It's currently being considered for version 16.

    It sounds like you have kept the original performance and rescheduled it. If so, you have a few options: 

    • All the original tickets for the performance are still valid for scanning. Understandably, they will display the wrong date and that's confusing for customers. And some customers will lose track of them. But until they are reprinted, they are still valid. 
    • Customers can access their Mobile Ticket in TNEW, and it will display the correct date. 
    • After considering these and anything else you might have in play, feel free to open a ticket with us at hello@tessituranetwork.com. Our Support and Consulting teams may have a stop-gap solution using database processes to queue up PAH reprints, but it comes with some caveats.
