Tessitura Resources for Business Continuity Planning

Hello everyone,
We know that many in our community are thinking about the impact of the coronavirus. Our Business Continuity Resources are available to help you with contingency planning. These tools include information on:
  • Accessing Tessitura from home
  • Communicating with your patrons
  • Pausing ticket sales
  • Rescheduling performances and events
  • Refunding performances and events
If there are additional resources that would be helpful to your business continuity planning efforts, please let us know.
Thank you,
Michael Flaherty-Wilcox and Team Tessitura

  • Hi Michael,

Thanks for making these resources readily available! I created a separate post about this, but I'm wondering if you can help point me in the direction of how to show full refund amount through an HTML template - is there documentation anywhere on this? Do you know of anyone that's developed this that might be willing to share? I'm only able to show ticket amounts returned right now, not actual refunded payment amount (including service fees that were removed from the order).

    Thanks!
    Sarah Covie

  • Hi Sarah! Our software development team has pivoted to work on functionality that will help with this. We are developing and testing new features and will roll them out as soon as they are ready. I can say it will not be available this week in case that helps you plan; for the most up-to-date information, please visit our business continuity page. I really appreciate our community right now and we are here to help as much as possible. Best,
