Tessitura Resources for Business Continuity Planning

We know that many in our community are thinking about the impact of the coronavirus. Our Business Continuity Resources are available to help you with contingency planning. These tools include information on:
  • Accessing Tessitura from home

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for making these resources readily available! I created a separate post about this, but I'm wondering if you can help point me in the direction of how to show full refund amount through an HTML template - is there documentation anywhere on this? Do you know of anyone that's developed this that might be willing to share? I'm only able to show ticket amounts returned right now, not actual refunded payment amount (including service fees that were removed from the order).

    Hi Sarah! Our software development team has pivoted to work on functionality that will help with this. We are developing and testing new features and will roll them out as soon as they are ready.
