Rollover Error

Hey all!

I am testing our rollover and have come across an error I have not gotten before and was hoping someone might be able to shed some light on what is happening.  Here is the error:

Failed Reason = Reserved, Unpaid

I was thinking that when I rolled these over that the seats would be reserved but unpaid so am curious as why this would show up as an error.

Thanks for your help!

  • I think that means the seat trying to be rolled into is already reserved. So the rollover is failing because the seat in question is not available.

  • Amanda's correct - that's exactly what it means.  Sadly, I get this error every time I test rollovers, so I'm quite familiar with it.  :)
