Rollover Error

Hey all!

I am testing our rollover and have come across an error I have not gotten before and was hoping someone might be able to shed some light on what is happening.  Here is the error:

Failed Reason = Reserved, Unpaid

I was thinking that when I rolled these over that the seats would be reserved but unpaid so am curious as why this would show up as an error.

Thanks for your help!

  • I think that means the seat trying to be rolled into is already reserved. So the rollover is failing because the seat in question is not available.

  • Amanda's correct - that's exactly what it means.  Sadly, I get this error every time I test rollovers, so I'm quite familiar with it.  :)

  • Thank you for your help!  I found the issue.  We use lists to segment our rollover sets and one of the sets did not have the list attached so it rolled all of the seats instead.

  • We ended up needing a hot fix upgrade installed to fix it. The entire report had this error on every line.
However we also got a few lines of this error on a separate rollover later and determined the price type was not properly mapped with the facility.

    Hope it helps!

We are getting the same error, how did you figure what was causing the error?

Has anyone ever gotten a rollover error of "seated failed reason E" ? We duplicated the set up from last year and are not sure what is causing the error.

We got that this year as well. Not very verbose, is it?

Turned out we had a missing row in TR_ROLLOVER_PRICE_MAPPING for one facility.
