HI all,
I just created some custom forms that are feeding into a CSI for a GA event and I'm running into some issues getting to the checkout on TNEW. When I complete the forms and choose checkout, I get the error message below which is obviously incorrect.
Is there anything I am missing that would cause this error?

It turns out I duplicated the field names in LTR_TNEWCUSTOM_FORM_DATA which was causing the issue.
Marie, do you know what would prevent answers to these forms from flowing into Tessitura? The forms I created are online and patrons can fill them out, they just aren't appearing in patrons accounts.

I've had this issue before when the combination of CSI Category, CSI Activity Type, and CSI Origin that I used in LTR_TNEWCUSTOM_FORM_SAVE_DATA weren't aligned with what was set up in TR_CUST_ACTIVITY_CATEGORY, TR_CUST_ACTIVITY_TYPE, and TR_ORIGIN. So if you chose an origin that wasn't linked to the activity type you chose in TR_ORIGIN, or an activity type that wasn't linked to the category you chose in TR_CUST_ACTIVITY_TYPE, that'll cause the data to not save.
