Custom Form Data Question

HI all,

I just created some custom forms that are feeding into a CSI for a GA event and I'm running into some issues getting to the checkout on TNEW. When I complete the forms and choose checkout, I get the error message below which is obviously incorrect. 

• I created a new keyword in TR_TKW
• Linked the new keyword to the CSI in LTR_TNEWCUSTOM_FORM_SAVE_DATA
• I have 7 forms build in LTR_TNEWCUSTOM_FORM_DATA linked to the newly built keyword
• The keyword is in the event

Is there anything I am missing that would cause this error?
