We are ready to launch with this fantastic set up! only one question I have, when we select email the PDF, the shipping method of requesting an address still shows up. Did you hide this via LTR_TNEW_DYN_SHIPPING_METHOD or did you have to do some sort of customisation in the set up? Thanks
I only allow them to be emailed so I removed the option to allow them to be posted by the customer from the form.
I then set up LTR_TNEW_DYN_SHIPPING_METHOD to use Hold at box Office as the shipping Method is a Gift Certificate was in the basket with the Alias set to Hold Tickets at Box Office
I also changed the TNEW_HABOOnlyText in LTR_TN_EXPRESS_WEB_CONTENT to sayIf your order contains Gift Certificates they will be sent to the email address provided.Any tickets contained in the order must be picked up from box office.
