Ticket Design NIghtmare

I cannot for the life of me figure out why this ticket design isn't printing the right way. I have a package with one price type. That pricetype is connected to the new ticket design. Every time I print it it's off kilter. It's the same ticket design number of the COMP pricetype ticket I just printed which is fine. Can't figure it out. I'm sure it's something simple but I can't grasp it.

HELP!!

  • Adria,

Is the same ticket design selected on the price types in the actual performances tied to the package? (All tab, Price Type Properties radio button?)

  • Either in Season manager or in Ticketing Setup

  • Is the pricetype associated with the ticket design on the performance level or just in the pricing setup screen in Ticketing Setup?

  • The package has the one pricetype.
The pricetype has the Ticket Design under Pricetype in Price Type Maintenance under Ticketing Setup.

  • Great. So I went through Season Manager-Season Maintenance. Chose all of the performances then went to the Pricing Tab and applied the new ticket design to all of the performances on the All Tab - with the Pricetype Properties radio button chosen. Reprinted the tickets and they look fine.
    Pain in the tookus.

    Thanks Michele.

  • Am I wrong but I can only see the All tab in the Season Manager? I couldn't see the All tab when I went into Ticketing Setup, Production Elements and into the Performances themselves. But it seems to be working now.
