I cannot for the life of me figure out why this ticket design isn't printing the right way. I have a package with one price type. That pricetype is connected to the new ticket design. Every time I print it it's off kilter. It's the same ticket design number of the COMP pricetype ticket I just printed which is fine. Can't figure it out. I'm sure it's something simple but I can't grasp it.
HELP!!
Is the pricetype associated with the ticket design on the performance level or just in the pricing setup screen in Ticketing Setup?
